International Women's Day Celebration

The entire women fraternity was acknowledged on International Women\'s Day with a Special celebration at IES Campus. IES ProChancellor, Dr Sunita Singh welcomed the Chief Guest Mrs. Urmila Shukla, IAS, Director, WALMI, who inspired everyone with her encouraging and thought provoking speech.

Eminent women achievers like Dr. Renee Malik, HOD of Pathology Department, GMC; Dr. Amita Chand, President Bhopal Runners Association and Bhopal Organ Donation Society; Dr. Geeta Narhari, Academician and Psychologist; Dr. Anupama Rawat, State level coordinator for Cambridge Assessment English Training Program; Mrs. Richa Choubey AIG, Welfare and Accounts; and Ms. Mayanglambam Inaucha Devi, International Canoeing Sports Star were all felicitated with Citations during the event.

The faculties and students were impressed to hear the views of the eminent guests on the theme \"Gladden your Spirit\". Teachers gave mesmerizing dance performances and also presented a humorous skit on gender parity.
